Our paper about the Time-of-Flight sensor is now published in the Early Access area of IEEE JSSC. We have been researching 3-D sensors with researchers at Sungkyunkwan University, and this is one of the results of the collaboration. The title of the paper is “Indirect Time-of-flight CMOS Image Sensor with On-chip Background Light Cancelling and Pseudo 4-Tap/2-Tap Hybrid Imaging for Motion Artifact Suppression,” and this is the invited paper from ISSCC in this year. Seunghyun and Dahwan intensively have involved in this project and designed the pixel architecture and the LD module. Congratulate their first JSSC paper!
