We grant a new research project on photonic resonance-based photodiode from Samsung Future Research Center (삼성미래기술육성센터). It will be conducted from 2018.12 to 2020.11 with Prof. Il-Sug Chung.

We are now officially involving in a research project on Ternary CMOS with Prof. Kyung Rok Kim from 2018.11 to 2020.7. It is funded by the Samsung Future Research Center (삼성미래기술육성재단).
